The term Developer simply translates to Leadership. The Developer leads the project from conception to occupancy and manages the project throughout the Lease Term. Being the Leader of the entire team of professionals requires an out front presence interacting, scheduling, and managing the process by identifying the roles of all the professionals involved.
Leadership facilitates the communication between all of the participants in the process enabling each one to know how their actions affect others and allowing everyone to move forward, working together to achieve the established schedules and goals. -

The Anchor Organization, Inc. a Central Pennsylvania company engaged in the development of Quality Commerical Real Estate projects. Since the founding of the company on January 1st, 1980 Chet has lead the organization identifying and creating opportunities, quantifying risks, creating a team approach to problem solving, supervising project development, leading project teams, solving complex issues and completing projects "on time and within budgets". Chet creates positive attitudes and environments as evidence of the capable office and administrative staff. They take pride in their "can do" approach to property mangagement after completion. If a problem arises it is addressed the same day.
The integrity and respect the organization has earned is affirmed by the professionals who are engaged repeatedly on projects. We are confident of each others abilities and communication skills, all working together in concert to deliever quality buildings.
